“Brandon (owner/general contractor) was amazing. Dealt with all of my wife and I's various changes and indecision about our complete kitchen remodel. He walked us through all of our various design options for materials, design of two wall takedowns and worked to find us the best price for some finishing touches in other areas of our home. Ultimately I'd conservatively out the percentage of work he did himself at 95% and it is all amazing. Plus he has great connections to get competitive prices in the necessary materials. Brandon was also great with our dog and making sure we were comfortable with the schedule and the work being done at any given time. I don't often write reviews (especially when things go well), but this was such an amazing experience that I can't recommend KBL Remodeling enough and will use them for any and all future work I need done.”

I can only speak to this company's communication and responsiveness, as we ultimately decided we did not need another bid. “Bryan has done some exterior work on our 1930s house that I couldn't find anyone else who would even consider the job. His team was quick, efficient, and friendly. We enjoyed the experience so much that we had him do a full kitchen remodel. The kitchen project was affected by covid and supply chain issues, so we had some delays and had to make some different choices due to price fluctuations, but Bryan was very communicative and honest during the process. He and his team find ways to get things done rather than take the easy way out or make excuses. The kitchen is beautiful and functional. I strongly recommend Seawolf and Bryan for any interior or exterior work you might be considering.”

“The heavy 2013-14 winter snows collapsed the porch roof on our mountain cabin in Breckenridge. Castle Pines Basement and Remodeling Company took on the job repairing not only the roof but the stairs leading up to the front door. Bottom line, the house may blow away someday but the stairs, porch and roof will remain standing. The end result is excellent and the process with which the crew did the work was also excellent. Clean, efficient, and professional all the way.”

“Highly recommend. Kyle helped us to reconfigure our stairwell and install drywall and a pocket door to create a new interior room. He was a great communicator with anything where he needed my input. And the carpenter and electrician he used did a great job! Everything looks very finished, was done quickly, and the final invoice was even a little less than the original estimate.”
