“We hired Dwell to build a 1000 sq ft Accessory Dwelling Unit ("ADU") in the backyard of my home in North Hollywood CA. The project included the demolition of the existing garage and ground-up construction of the new structure, including two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room with kitchen and hardscaping. Giovanni and Oran are a highly competent and knowledgeable contractor with a strong work ethic. His team is efficient, skilled and friendly. They have a ton of experience, is flexible and made a few of "in progress" design change recommendations. We highly recommend this company for most any type of home construction. They really know what they are doing and that is ultimately why we chose them. They did all the architectural design and pulled all the permits from the city. They handled the complete project and we are very very satisfied. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone. Giovanni and Oran are very straightforward, informative, and reasonable. They are timely, organized, very friendly and worked with us on choosing windows, doors and colors. We signed the contract on January of 2020 and on March of 2020 everything shut down due to pandemic. On February of 2021 they had pulled all the permits from the city and started the project without any increase in cost of material. We would recommend Giovanni and his company to anyone looking to build an ADU, custom home, or do a remodel. Khalil Subat”

“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. “It really was absolutely wonderful having My Home Builders transform our never- been-updated kitchen &baths into simply gorgeous, functional, light filled spaces that are now the envy of our family, friends, and neighbors. During our first meeting with Roy, he listened carefully to my color preferences and lengthy wish list in order to come up with a design plan for each of my three rooms. and then, at our next meeting, I was able to view 3D computer images of how the finished rooms would look like, and to say I was astonished to see he'd included every item on my wish list. starting From demo to completion - always ahead of schedule. and by the way - Roy kept us well Informed about every step of the work. This was super important to us. He came early each day to meet with the work crew and us, and was always available by phone / text as well. The project foreman, and his entire crew were super friendly and polite, so it was a pleasure having them in our home each and every day. And true to his word, Roy made certain we were both satisfied with every detail before the job was fully completed. - Since I tend to be very particular, I was thrilled to work with such a company that also shares my views of a job well done!! “We hired Attic Wizards to clean our old attic and give it a much needed facelift. I got quotes from 2 other attic insulation removal and replacement companies, they were most affordable and sounded very knowledgable, so we decided to give them a shot. And I am glad we made that decision, because our attic turned out beautifully. It looks amazing after the cleaning. I highly recommend these guys, they did a terrific job with our attic. “Wonderful experience with James and Barrybuilt. He helped get plans resolved when our architect dropped the ball and disappeared. I was a novice at remodeling and James stepped in and worked with me and the city. My kitchen, dining room and TV room turned out beautifully and many of the items in the kitchen redo were very innovative. We worked with the latest products to make this kitchen special and in the forefront of design and materials. Great workmanship and so patient and he took the time to explain details. I recommended him to 3 other interested parties in our neighborhood and would gladly work with him again.”
