“Jaime Villagram, owner of Construo Construction was prompt and delivered as promised at the original price we agreed on. All work was completed on time and in a professional way. That was my first time using him. The next time was in my home. The dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded the kitchen. The hardwood floors all had to be refinished or replaced. Jaime took over with the insurance adjuster and got the approval to do the job .Job three was a leaking roof on my commercial building That was also done perfectly.”

“Our house had water seepage coming into the basement. Which meant that we had to remove all of our perimeter walls and flooring for the concrete to be broken up. After going through a few consultations we hired Rufarro Remodeling & Maintenance to refinish the basement. And without hesitation we would hire them again. We worked together and made all of our thoughts come to reality. They exceeded our wildest dreams. Martiez and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and worked in a timely manner. The crew was here everyday working a full day with no lag time. They were a pleasure to work with and they will be the one I call for our next project!”

“US BES was top notch from start to finish. Very professional and detailed proposal followed up by full explanation of the special circumstances of our project. Work dates and times were clearly communicated and adhered to which made our lives much easier as we were managing a full time family during the project. Site was cleaned every day with no materials or garbage left behind and everything was completed on time and on budget. Furthermore, the owner of the Company was on site full time while all the work was being completed, it was not subcontracted out to someone else to complete the project. Would highly recommend US BES for any project you may be contemplating”

“Zambrano Development repaired and painted bay windows built in 1966 to prevent leaks and and improve the outward appearance of the house. They also a rebuilt a wooden gate. The work looks good but of course I am not a good judge and time will tell how long it lasts. I could not always reach them by cell phones. One day the two people I wanted to contact had full mailboxes. Also I would like to have been called on the days when they did not come, even though, yes, I know you can't work outdoors in the rain. Everyone who worked at the house was polite and pleasant. I would recommend this company.”
