“We hired Karma Home Designs to renovate our bathroom area, refinish hardwood floors, paint the entire house, and change the conventional hot water heater to a tankless electric water heater. Karma's crew did an excellent job converting an old one-unit tub shower to a frameless walk-in shower that now looks like a million dollars!! Also did a very nice job painting the entire home and refinishing hardwood floors that had deep cuts and numerous scratches. Our home feels more spacious and bright. I reviewed a few other contractors, Luis was the only one that had the expertise to do the job involving many experts like master plumbers, master carpenters, master tilers. Everything was done above board, including county permits and inspections. I would recommend him for any project. Pricing was fair, changes were handled well, and the project was finished in the time estimated without cutting corners. They did work over the weekend to make sure that they stuck to the schedule. Ken Fraine designed a drainage ditch using river rock. His crew did a wonderful installation job. The ditch has kept the water flow contained during heavy rain. A definite plus has been that it is a great addition to our landscaping.”
