“I hired Europa builders to complete a new home construction project that had turned into a nightmare. They did an excellent job and will most definetly hire them again for other projects. I highly recommend them. Below are some details about the scope of the project and what Europa did. The project was about 75% completed and other contractors I contacted would not touch my project. Europa took on the challenge which included electrical, plumbing, tile/granite, flooring, painting, pool, roofing, landscaping, cabinetry, A/C, and other miscellaneous work. This required managing existing subcontractors to complete or fix work previously started or poorly done. They also had to re-permit and re-inspect previous work. The project was completed on time and on budget. All change orders were clearly communicated and priced in advanced of the work being done.
