“I've used BRI twice in the past 4 years. The scope of the work included removing all of the original cypress lap siding and then re-siding our entire house with Hardee. BRI also prepared and repainted all surfaces. We found the office staff to be very accommodating and the carpenters and painters who worked on the house very courteous and skilled. The jobs turned out really well and there were no call backs needed. We are glad to recommend BRI...this company's name was originally given to us by a well known builder in our area and we know of other builders that they have worked with and who also speak very highly of them.”

“For the longest time my husband & I were looking for the right company that would remodel our outdated 20 year old house. We found that company & they are great! We went with Royal Remodeling & Design who have a showroom in downtown Sarasota! The whole crew was super! Always on time, started at 8am and finished at 5pm everyday until project was done. Clean, polite and very professional! It was a big job! Complete bathroom remodel with frameless glass doors, shaker cabinets & Cambria quarts. New porcelain tile wood planks, new baseboards & complete repaint. After the remodel, our home now looks modern & beautiful! We are really happy. Thank you Royal Remodeling & Design for the fantastic job, you really deserved the “word of mouth”!”

“we have used B&S Construction for a number of projects over the approximately last ten years.. They have all been related to the last two condos we hae lived in at the Residemces in World Golf Village.. They hav involved interior painting and flooring in both unts, many minor repairs,, closet doors, installations of fixtures, stoves etc. Major projects have included complete shower replacement of plumbing, drywall and tile. They also glassed in our screened patio to makee an extra year-round room. All work has been satisfactory and of best quality. Communications excellent, estimates prompt and accurate. We would have no problem n using B&S again or recommending them,”
