We did a complete small bathroom remodeling project last year and we contacted these gentlemen for their services. They did a wonderful, professional, on-time job for us and we will definitely be looking at using them for our future larger bathroom project. They changed out floors, shower, shower doors, walls, sink, toilet, vanity, mirror and did an outstanding job and took owner changes or concerns in stride. “It was a pleasure working with A & M General Contracting, they were hired to do a gut rehab on my building and the entire process was smooth and painless which doesn't happen often during gut rehab construction. Whenever I had an issue or change request I was able to get the owner on the phone and have these things scheduled to be completed within that same day. All the work was done professionally, clean, and 100% according to my stamped and approved drawings. I often visited my job site while A & M was working and tools were not sprawled out everywhere creating trip hazards, and at the end of every work day the site was completely free of any debris or trash. I'm not sure what anyone is looking for when selecting a contractor but if its a professional company that does the work right and fast and has great customer service then A and M General Contracting is the way to go.”

“Our house had water seepage coming into the basement. Which meant that we had to remove all of our perimeter walls and flooring for the concrete to be broken up. After going through a few consultations we hired Rufarro Remodeling & Maintenance to refinish the basement. And without hesitation we would hire them again. We worked together and made all of our thoughts come to reality. They exceeded our wildest dreams. Martiez and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and worked in a timely manner. The crew was here everyday working a full day with no lag time. They were a pleasure to work with and they will be the one I call for our next project!”

“Joe and his team at Core Remodel did an amazing job with our kitchen rehab in the West Loop. We interviewed numerous contractors for the job, but Joes experience and great price got them the job. His team arrived on time everyday and worked extra hard to get the job done in the time promised. They were very tidy as well and cleaned up after their work each day which was very nice since we were living there through the rehab. We couldn't be happier with how our kitchen turned out, absolutely stunning! Would highly recommend working with Core Remodel group for your next project!”
