“I purchased a home in September 2019 and had the Simplistic Inceptions construction company renovate my home. The renovation included removing walls, painting the whole house, replacing all the flooring, lighting, patch holes in walls, and replacing back-splashes in three baths and the kitchen. I can't tell you how happy I am this family-owned business that takes pride in what they do. The employees' team was great to work with, professional, respectful, and committed to excellence—their attention to detail and craftmanship precisely what I wanted and needed to update my home. “well done, well constructed. We had a deck construction and everything was exactly as planned. The project manager stayed engaged and always answered all my questions in a timely manner. When I had a technology glitch with initial down payment they were very patient and I was not penalized. He provided valuable suggestions and worked well with us to overcome any obstacles. Our final inspection of the deck the county inspector said it was very well built, "you could put as many people as can fit on this deck and its not going anywhere."”

“I love the bath remodel Mike did for us. I'm completely spoiled (no hotel or beach cottage I've been in has such a roomy shower, not mention a heated floor.) I've been so happy with the master bath that they are currently renovating the hall bath. Mike's employees are the nicest guys ever, always enthusiastic about the project and making suggestions that will make the space more beautiful and functional. They also are easy to work with, and have never strayed outside the budget (unless I've added on little extras!) No surprises. I recommend them with no reservations!”

“Reshaped subfloor and installed 1/2" wood flooring in about 60% of the house. Very close attention to detail. Wired and installed microwave/oven fan (with exhaust) above electric stove. Painted interior ceiling and exterior trim. Reconfigured handrails for entire front porch. Repaired one 8" by 8" support beam front porch. Mr. White is a consummate professional building contractor. Knowledgeable, skillful, honest, trustworthy, timely and well respected.”

“I have been a repeat customer of Birstler Home Improvements formerly of New York. The principal Stephen has remodeled kitchens and bathrooms in both my residence and my investment property. He has also installed windows and roofs on both properties. His estimates are competitive with all licensed and insured contractors. His contracts are very detailed. He is on the premises during the entire project. He is very knowledgeable on building codes, architecture, new materials/techniques and skilled trades. He has great ideas on design. He recommends quality materials. He is detail oriented as far as the finish work. He expect high quality work from his employees and supervises them closely. No job is too small. I contracted him to power wash, prepare my rental property between tenants, a clean up project after a backup in my parent's basement, repairs to my screen house, installing fixtures, and a mason project on my sidewalks and driveway. I have referred him to many friends and family. They were extremely satisfied. Most important, I have peace of mind. I don't have to worry about anything incomplete or trying to track him down as I experienced with other contractors in the past.”
