“I was so impressed with the professionalism and the Honesty that the owner, Jerry Brook, has. The job was done to my expectation and looks beautiful! They remodeled my kitchen and master bathroom. While they were remodeling the bathroom they found a broken pipe and fixed it for me at a reasonable price. They went above and beyond! I am so happy with my results! Thank you Black Bear!!!”

“Having seen the exceptional work Big Tex had completed at my relatives home redoing an entire kitchen and major remodeling of most of their home, there was no doubt we wanted them for the extensive renovations we had planned for our 2 nd floor when we became empty nesters. With our vision and Codys expertise and team, we now have our dream home. Our media room and game room complete with a wall of custom cabinetry and authentic brick veneer have transformed a once unused space to our main living and entertaining areas. Not only did his work exceed our expectations, it took our initial 2 room project to a complete upstairs reno including the bedrooms and bathrooms. Not only was he able to execute what we wanted, he also provided excellent suggestions , many of which we implemented, and also was very flexible if our vision changed. I cannot speak enough about the professionalism, punctuality and integrity of the entire crew. I trusted them with the key to my home. I only have one regret, that is that I haven't had him back yet to update our downstairs!!! ( p.s.- you can see our photos on his site!)”

“We can't say enough about Bryant Construction. They are honest, dependable and sincere. We have already referred them to several friends. We had used another company before we knew of this one and they took months to even start the job. Bryant Construction began right away at our convenience. They were also great to follow up with us along the way instead of us having to reach out to them. Great service! They redid our roofing, gutters, windows and garage doors as well as repainted everything. We just love the results. Thank you Bryant General Construction for everything.”

Todd Handwerk (the owner) has a personality that puts you at ease, but it soon becomes apparent in any conversation that he has extensive knowledge of both design and homebuilding. I particularly enjoy working with Todd because he has an ability to offer insight and suggestions while also allowing our creativity full reign in the design process. I always appreciate the fact that Todd relies heavily on the architectural details we add to our designs and documents in order to ensure that the architecture is produced with integrity. I have always been pleased with the final built home and found the selections and finish out to be second to none in terms of aesthetics and quality. Our clients also tell me that Todd was always able to keep their projects on track in terms of timeline and budget.
