“Deana and Michael were highly recommended. We sought their services for bathroom remodels. They supplied us with a detailed budget that respected our budget guidelines. Deana and Michael were easy to work with even though most of our discussions had to be done by phone to our home in Wisconsin. Besides the phone consultations, Michael sent us phone pictures and videos to keep us current. Michael and Deana were very conscientious about our budget and would suggest ways to save money without sacrificing quality (instead of granite countertops, travertine marble was substituted at a 1/4 of the cost of granite) The people from Urban Maintenance, INC were a joy to work with on our bathrooms. They met all of our questions, recommendations, and needs with a positive attitude. We would recommend without question.”

The first meeting setup was quick, there was no pressure and I felt that I’m dealing with a professional with a wide experience right away. After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room.
