“Cordero and Corey did an excellent job on my bathroom. I wasn't sure about the design all I knew was this terrible pink had to go! Cordero went above and beyond helping me pick out items. Once demo began we encountered plumbing issues and old pipes. The team was able to assure me this would be no problem to fix. I am completely in love with my new bathroom (especially the Bluetooth ventilation system) and can't wait to have you all make my kitchen beautiful! Thank you for always showing up on time, cleaning up each day, and keeping the lines of communication open whenever I had concerns or a new problem occurred.”

“We had Finished Basements Plus finish our walk-out basement this year. It is no longer a "basement" it is now a beautiful extention of our home!! We love every square foot!! They really listened to our current and future needs as a family for the space. They successfully designed and implemented a stunning living space that met our needs in functionality (storage space, avoiding wasted square footage, kitchen and bathrooms) and aesthetically. We did do our homework first, we interviewed, checked referrals and had several quotes. We choose them based on their professionalism and their extensive experience. They were without any question the right choice!! The price and scope of work did not fluctuate through out the project and Finished Basements Plus delivered exactly what they said that would and more. “We are very pleased we worked with Jason. We have spent quite a bit of time together and I can confidently tell you there is nobody that I would rather have transform my home. He is experienced, organized, and well spoken. He's got a fun sense of humor that made the process more pleasant than I can recall any of my previous renovations. “I used MLN Builders to tearout, rebuild and expand my wooden deck. We used Trex. The results are fabulous! Work was timely and neat. Workers cleaned up the site every night. We had extra Trex left and MLN suggested adding benches. What a great idea I had not considered! Love the results! It transformed my backyard. I live out there in the summer.”

“Al, Owen and team did an entire house renovation for our fixer-upper. Our realtor gave us their number because of the great quality of work and after meeting with them once, I was ready to go. It was a 1960's fixer upper we were thinking about buying in our dream location and if Iron Rose hadn't come through, we might not be settled and happy with our location right now. I am an anxious person and was prepared for a HGTV-style reno nightmare BUT I had so much fun working with them! They touched every room and one year later, everything is still perfect. My kitchen is a show piece. Owen refinished our wood floors beautifully. They took down walls, created an office with a double sided fireplace, and made 3 very dated bathrooms shine. They installed appliances and new water-proof flooring where we didn't have hardwood. They communicated so well, anticipated problems, stayed on a very tight timeline and budget and created a dream house. CONTACT THEM NOW!!!”

“I had Life Construction add a 4th bedroom to an upstairs bonus area. Mike and his team were respectful and punctual. His prices were very reasonable and his team finished the work in 3 days. They were also very accommodating with a few additional requests I made during the job. Highly recommend them. Mike is a great guy who deals honestly with his clients.”
