Not only did they do an incredible job on a very tough time line for a basement legalization space they are just some of the nicest people we have worked with. They went above and beyond in every possible way and the entire crew was delightful to work with. Legalizing an already finished basement was a very difficult project but they guided us through it through every step of the way and we could not be happier with the finished work! The next time I have any sort of project... there is no doubt we will work with ZANO again.”

“A R Home Construction was awesome. I was so nervous hiring someone I really didn’t know for such a big job. My first meeting with Tommy put me at ease I was sent a full estimate within 24 hours of meeting him. It was also a pleasure to deal with everybody in the A&R team they were all professional and courteous. The start date and the completion date for the project were right on target not many contractors can say that. I was also very impressed by Tommy‘s attention to detail and style he was instrumental in many of the decisions made on this project when it came to tiles and fixtures not only did he make suggestions but he actually accompanied me to retail stores to help make choices. I can honestly say that my house looks like something out of a showroom I feel A&R has exceeded my expectations in this project.”
