“Chris and Melissa Johnson came to us with vision and ideas on how to make our dream remodel a reality. Although my dream remodel was not in my budget, they found a way to turn my ideas into reality that came as close to what I wanted as possible. Both Chris and Melissa have great ideas how to make the most of your space, with cost saving ideas so that you can maximize your budget. CKJ hires very respectful, professional sub-contractors that do great work. Chris works hard to move the project along efficiently and cleanly. He keeps a beautifully clean, neat work site, with quality work done. My husband and I have been amazed at how little we have been inconvenienced during the remodeling project. Now two neighbors are requesting quotes from him, and two other neighbors just had projects completed.”

There were no surprises, cost-wise; if I choose a more costly material, I was made aware of the changes to the estimate before that material was utilized. “Excellent job putting an addition on our unusual rustic house. They made it look like this part of the house has always been here. Communication with us was fantastic and they are flexible. THey do GREAT work. Chuck and David inspect each aspect to be sure it is up to their standards which are very high. THey have identified the best subcontractors for the work. Price is reasonable. They also have great eyes and ideas that improved our overall design and appearance. They work great with all the subcontractors and do a superb job coordinating all the work and getting it done in the correct sequence.”
