“We hired Maksim to help us do dry rot repair and a patio door replacement. We are so happy with how it all turned out. Throughout the process Maksim kept us informed, was very professional and walked us through what he was doing. Maksim is also reasonably priced! “I engaged House on the hill Construction to build a world class Lash Studio called Dekalash in Castro Valley (salon) and I am so happy . Not only the work was done beyond my expectation , the team took care of all the coordination with all the parties .. I never had to visit the site and my staff love the beautiful studio. They are always accessible , kept me informed of all the progress and I don't have words. I have already referred them to my fellow franchise and they are my future construction partners . You are always welcome to take a tour of their work at Dekalash Castro Valley and you will know what I am talking about . Besides construction, the team also did all the assembly of furnitures , pictures etc etc I am recommend with highest possible recommendation .”

“My fiancé and I moved into a house built in 2008. While the house was still in good condition, the kitchen itself needed a facelift. I reached out to O'Reilly's and had a consultation with Randy. He gave me several options on what I can upgrade in order to make an ugly old-style kitchen look like a new 2022 modern kitchen - I opted to upgrade the oak cabinets and the old two-basin sink. Cabinets; He turned my crusty old oak cabinets into modernistic white cabinets in less than two weeks! I couldn't be happier with the results. The kitchen itself looks less like a dungeon, and now looks like sunshines and rainbows (no actual rainbow colors, it is white and much brighter). The sink; it was a two-basin sink. I wanted a large one-basin sink. Randy went to town and quickly changed the sink. He also noticed that the disposer was on its last legs and leaking, and offered to change that, too. During this time, Randy was transparent with everything he was doing to ensure that I was in the loop and was at ease. He's punctual, honest, and does not give you the run-around. Also, very easy to reach if I had questions regarding maintaining the upgrades. I will certainly return to O'Reilly's if I need other projects done.”

“We hired Patrick Drury of Eleven Construction to do a complete kitchen remodel for us. This involved completely gutting the old kitchen, removing the floor, tearing down a wall, and installing steel beams. He completed the work in about 3 months, and it was flawless. Patrick is reliable, organized, detail oriented, punctual, honest, friendly, and he has a great group of subs who work with him. He takes great pride in his work, and the final result was beautiful. If we ever do another remodel project, I will definitely call Patrick.”

The work was completed by him and his crew on schedule, done beautifully and to our satisfaction.
