“Anthony (AF Contractors) has completed a number of home projects for me, most recently putting 3 new roofs on my large home. His pricing is fair and reasonable, and he remains true to his estimates. The crew showed up on time and worked overtime (at night) to complete the roofing project when rain was forecasted. Anthony is onsite at the start, and also reviews the work to ensure it is done to his standards and that the work site is cleaned up. I can't say enough about Anthony and his work, and I've referred him to several friends who have also hired him. He's my "go to" contractor for all my home needs. Hire him and you won't be disappointed!”

“Tom Hamburger and his experienced team are respectful, honest hard workers who I have had build a custom home, fully remodeled a kitchen and a bath in another home, and have had back time and again to do other jobs like replacing windows, doors, finding and fixing leaks in masonry and windows (not from his original work) and other smaller jobs. His is one of the few teams I feel comfortable with giving a key to and saying "work at will," even with no one home. They take preventive measures to protect the work area, and clean up at every completion along the way (to me, a sign of care, respect for the homeowner, safety and just being meticulous about their work). Tom builds solid, strong construction and does not cut corners. I have never had a problem with anything they have ever worked on, and I have been using them for over 14 years. Tom has helped with design work as well, and his experience helps greatly in working out details. His pricing is very fair - though at this point I wouldn't consider using anyone else, ever!!”

“I hired Tim to install and add additional plumbing to a new double vanity where a single vanity was previously and replaced a toilet as well. Additionally he relocated pipes on an exterior wall that froze during the winter months in our kitchen. Tim did an AMAZING job... Not only was the price good but he was able to start the job 3 days after I approved the estimate. The job was done exactly on time. I highly recommend Tim Bird from Superior Contracting to anyone.”

“I hired Polished Concepts to renovate a new home I was moving into. The Kitchen needed a new floor, new cabinets, and a backsplash. We needed to build a new 1/2 bathroom in the first floor and renovate the main bathroom in the second floor. We also wanted to install carpets, and paint the first and second floor of the house. Not only did they stick to the budget provided, but they also completed the work in a timely and professional matter. The company was very responsive. They reached out to me the first day and I had an estimate the second day from contact. The third day, all of the local permits were pulled and work had started. The entire project was completed within two weeks. I was extremely happy and impressed with the results. I would absolutely hire them again.”

“We partnered with Daley's Construction Services to finish the basement in our 1925 house that had never been finished. The basement was a difficult job due to the intricacies that come with an old house remodel. The work was completed about one month ago and we were amazed at the finished result. We had Daley's Construction Services do our Finished Basement and they exceeded every expectation we had and completely transformed our basement. Daley's Construction Services went above and beyond in discussing any detail or needed changes to our project, gave at least one status update per week about the work completed that week and the plan for the following week. As with any remodel, there were a few times when an unexpected cost occurred, but Dan explained the cost to us, the pros and cons of having the extra work done which was expected on a 97 year old house. Dan is amazing. I would recommend these guys for any home improvement job you are considering. We didn't know they were going into our project and were apprehensive about that, but the team at Daley's Construction Services did a great job of building and earning our trust. We currently are working with them on another project. We strongly recommend them and their work ethic is second to none.”

“Hired for work on a new we bought to fix problems identified in the home inspection including landscaping, lock changing, door and frame replacement, exterior siding work, and minor plumbing repairs. Very thorough, excellent communication. Was honest about what he thought needed to be done and what didn't actually need to be done. Would use again.”

“I had four roofing companies assess a roof leak problem and Fred with IPS was the only one that did not immediately recommend a roof replacement. Everyone else (Bachmans, Mitri, Home Genius) only recommended solution was to replace the entire roof. Fred found the problem was elsewhere on the property and as a result saved me thousands of dollars. I later used him for plumbing repairs and other issues on my rental properties as well and his work ethic and performance far exceeded my expectations. I will be using Fred with Integrated Property Solutions for everything going forward. I just wish I could get the last 10+ years back of wasting time and money with general handymen. It will cost more but it is so worth it to just work with a reputable company that has a public profile with tons of positive reviews. If you have rental properties your tenants will stay longer and therefore increase NOI over time.”
