Scott, the kitchen designer helped us through the whole process of designing and then managed the installation right to the end and we are delighted. “This company fitted out our bathroom after water damage that occurred, during the quotation period they were patient with us as we could not decide what we wanted. They listen and respected when we needed to change things to work within our budget. The actual work carried out was excellent and all employees where professional and respectful. The works were carried out as planned with only one problem which was quickly resolved to both parties satisfaction. The final bill was as the quote stated.”

“Having had our Kitchen refitted by EKCO and been delighted with the results we had no hesitation in having EKCO back to refit our cloakroom. The whole process was very easy and straightforward - from the initial visit to assess the job, the design and subsequent design discussion through to the actual fitting. EKCO are able to attend to all aspects of the refit including the flooring, re-plastering of the ceiling and any electrical fittings so the relevant contractors are available when they are needed, which makes the whole process extremely smooth and timely. EKCO has access to a wide range of quality sanitary ware, furniture and fittings which means they can price jobs to suit a range of budgets. All the EKCO contractors and fitters we have had dealings with have been extremely professional and friendly - they work to a very high standard. We have recommended EKCO to our friends and neighbours and would have no hesitation in having them back to refit our en-suite and bathroom when the time comes.”

David helped us with great ideas and let me see CAD images to help me decide on layout etc. The installers were very efficient, courteous and tidy and cleared out old kitchen , took away all waste and installed all our new units and appliances.
