“We had a great experience with Xpand in the building of our two-story deck. Andy, our Project Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

“True Concepts did a great job for us. We had it fix up a bathroom (replace shower, toilet, patch and paint the walls, install fixtures, and fix some mill work). In addition to high quality work done within the estimated time frame, a couple other things set True Concepts apart. First, communication was really clear and helpful; so many contractors do a poor job with that. Second, True Concepts provided creative thinking and problem-solving. We'll definitely hire True Concepts again.”

“DeAnne helped me with two remodeling projects. "Helped" is not the word I should choose. She was the general contractor hiring and scheduling all the sub-contractors, scheduling appointments with suppliers (appliances, lighting fixtures, carpet, tile, granite, paint). She also accompanied me on shopping trips to select accessories, etc. DeAnne worked within my time constraints--each remodeling project had to be completed within a three-month time frame since we occupy the property in question for a short period each year and I needed to be present while the work was in progress. DeAnne obviously has a terrific working relationship with all her subs and suppliers. She is very well-respected in the industry which spilled over into my relationships with them. I would definitely hire DeAnne for future projects and have recommended her to several of my friends.”

“The Greatland Home team has been exceptional to work with. The team is down to earth, easy to work with, and proactively communicate with you throughout the process. Since closing on our home they have been very quick to respond on any items we needed help with or addressed. Not only has Greatland Homes been great to work with but their partners have been very responsive as well. Greatland Homes fit and finish is what sold us. If you look at the craftsmanship and quality they provide vs. other builders you quickly see you are getting a quality home built with care. This is our 6th home we have bought and our 3rd new build. From our experience Greatland Homes has provided us the best customer service, communication, and follow up after the sale. They listened to what we wanted as far as design and functionality, threw in some knowledgable ideas as well, and kept on time and budget that they quoted. “This firm did some remodeling and building for us. We had a moisture intrusion issue that required replacing all of our stucko with cement siding and stone work, some structural repairs, replacement of all windows and interior trim for windows and patio doors. After a hail storm they reroofed. We also did a bathroom remodel - replacing one with two 3/4 baths.We built an out building that matched the design of our home to the satisfaction of the local association in an upscale neighborhood. We were very happy with all of the work.”
