“We enjoyed working with Mark and Enna to remodel and update our master bathroom. Mark was especially helpful during the planning phase when he listened patiently to our endless questions and provided useful information and suggestions that helped us reach decisions about project materials and stylistic choices. After work began, Mark and Enna continued to be very responsive to us regarding scheduling aspects of the work and finalizing decisions about the details. Throughout the process, they stressed that the goal was to create a master bathroom that we would really enjoy, even if that meant occasionally changing our minds about details or adding new work at times. This was our first major renovation project, and we feel that Mark, Enna and their team did a great job guiding us through it and creating a great new room to enhance our home.”

“Our extraordinary custom home, designed and reconstructed by October 5 Fine Home Builders is undeniably a work of art. October 5 offers superior design and execution, where form and function converge. Ryan, the project superintendent, attends to every detail with an eye for quality and perfection. Their open-floor plan design blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, light abounds in every room, yet the space remains purposely private and intimate. Originally constructed in 1953, our home had not undergone any remodeling or updating. During construction, the house was all but demolished - leaving only the rough framing and portions of the exterior stucco and siding. Earthquake updates, 200 amp electrical service, beefed-up insulation, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, smooth drywall, wide-plank flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, and dual-glazed windows supported the bulk of the project, which lasted 4 ½ months. “We worked with Dino and Dina Presutto of Tuscany Builders and found them to be professional, honest, and flexible as we worked together to create a backyard paradise! We are elated with backyard living space which Dino created for us using his superior attention to detail and exquisite craftmanship. We were consulted and updated every step of the way and value was continually reinforced with reasonably priced yet authentic materials. Some of our ideas were really out there... Dino was able to make a few changes in design which made our space more functional and comfortable! We then moved to the front of our home as we were so pleased with the backyard and opened up the area to better welcome our friends into our home. I highly recommend Tuscany Builders for any outside or inside remodel or any project around your home for that matter! The team of Dino and Dina Presutto cannot be more highly commended for their team approach and ability to match form with function using quality materials which will transform your project!”
