Marshall, the designer, was SO talented and really wonderful and creative. He listened to us and knew exactly what we wanted, then came up with a wonderful, functional plan. He was really fun and easy to work with. Craig, the financial officer, is very honest, kind and straight forward. They are all very knowledgable and easy to work with. They build multi-million dollar homes, and though our house was not as large as many of those, they treated us with patience and respect. Their whole team is a great bunch of people. We highly recommend them.”

“I wanted to add a porch to the front of my house and upgrade my garage to use as a wood working shop. I had never gone through a major renovation on my homes so this was the first time for me. I met with several contractors and the deciding factor was the comfort level I felt with Precision. It was a gut feeling that I trusted them. They did not let me down. They did computer mock ups of the renovation and spent several hours with me as we made adjustments and picked out the stone, door, colors etc. The porch was exactly what I wanted and all of the neighbors and others who walked through the neighborhood commented how much the loved the porch. My porch is now THE meeting place. When I am not on my porch, I am in my garage which is now heated with additional power and lights. There is even an outlet for my RV built into the stonework. Precision did the work on time and on budget. Any additions to the budget for unexpected work were clearly explained before work was done. I tend to trust my gut instincts and I was right about Precision. I would hire them again for any major renovation project that I have in the future.”

“Vasa construction built a shop for us and we were more than satisfied. The service was excellent and crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves each day. We were do pleased we had then add a new front porch, egress basement window and patio cover for us at a later date. Two years ago we had some tornado damage and Vasa was called upon again. Aaron worked with our field adjuster and all the damage was repaired or rebuilt to everyone's satisfaction. Will use them for all our remodeling and construction needs in the guture.”

“After searching for a new home in the Lincoln, NE area for two years, my husband and I finally, though with trepidation, made the decision to build. Since we had lived for 26 years in western Nebraska, about a 5 hour drive from Lincoln, choosing the right contractor was essential. We couldn't have chosen a more organized, compassionate, and professional contractor than Steve Fulton! He worked with us personally from the very beginning -- setting us up with an architect who could help "tweak" our home design, establishing scheduled meetings with vendors and subcontractors to help us through each decision, each step, each choice as our home became a reality. Although in actuality, we built our home "long distance", Steve held our hand and walked us through this intricate and difficult process with each visit to Lincoln and through detailed phone conversations when we were 325 miles away. The result -- a custom built home designed by us, for us, built to our specifications by consummate professionals who truly were artisans. From the first moment we walked into our finished home we felt at home.
