“Walker Properties just completed a fantastic remodel of our Jack/Jill restroom. From the initial meeting, Josh Walker was very helpful in guiding me to what would be most beneficial to the project and had several suggestions that saved us a lot of money and time. Josh was very straightforward with his estimate and broke things down in case we decided to do the project in stages. His crew was very meticulous, respectful of our time and home, and very accommodating when I decided to add something in mid-remodel(extra painting). The job was completed in less than two weeks and it is beautiful and everything I asked for and more. I HIGHLY recommend Walker Properties and will definitely use them again in the future.”

“We contracted Oakmark Homes to build a house on our lot. The entire process with Oakmark was extremely pleasant and stress free. Mark was always attentive to our concerns and changes. He personally oversaw the entire build process. We did not have to deal with a build supervisor or program manager, we worked directly with the builder. Mark is extremely honest and did what he said he would do. We would highly recommend this builder and if we ever build another house we would use Oakmark again.”

Mark and Patti Andregg came to our original meeting ready to listen to what my husband and I wanted and were able to take that and make our dreams a reality while at the same time offering invaluable advice and suggestions. They gave us their estimate for both money and the time it would take to complete the project (kitchen and master bath remodel). They completed the project in the exact time period they stated and within our budget. The workers they hired were very professional and always considerate, taking special care to treat our house as a home. “Chris completely remodeled our master bathroom; It involved removing the vanity tops and sinks, modifying the counters to increase storage, removing the old small stand - alone shower and turning it into a closet, tearing out the whirlpool tub and replacing it with an extraordinary large walk-in shower with frameless glass door and wall. He also removed an octagonal shaped window and replaced that with a 4" x 4" glass block window that brings daylight into the shower. The floor was replaced with ceramic tile that matches the shower, a new vanity top was installed with new sinks and hardware and the whole place re painted. It's been over 2 years now and it still looks like new and we enjoy it every day. It was well worth the time it took to get the job done. We chose the best quality materials money allowed and it turned out to our satisfaction. M & W Simard”
