“Building with Keystone was fast, efficient, and we love our home! Through the sales process, Keystone maintained availability and answered all questions and concerns in a professional and positive manner. Our work vs play lifestyle was considered before making a recommendation on which home to move forward with. During construction, I was given weekly projections for the building schedule. Because of their attention to timely details, we settled on time! Settlement lasted 20 minutes, keys were given, and we began moving into our beautiful home within the hour. We were thrilled with Keystone and recommend them to anyone that is looking to build a custom home and is met with service which exceeds industry standards.”

“TK has done several small jobs for me...from installing crown molding to building custom basement window covers. The craftsmanship is exceptional. TK is priced right. They do much larger projects as well but so far, all my jobs have been on the smaller scale. Should I need anything larger, I would not hesitate calling them first.”

The project lasted for 18 months and was very detail oriented with some unexpected problems along the way (including discovering our foundation needed to be built over an active spring and running into some complicated drainage work for the property). Design Alternatives made dealing with the problems very easy and they worked great with our architects. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend them.”

“Cliffeton is hands down the best house designer I’ve ever met. We remodeled her (entire) house in the borough of Camp Hill, and Whether it’s interior or exterior she has a vision that is difficult to perceive through my eyes (I’ve been doing this work for 30 years), and I think I’m pretty good at design and decor, but Cliffeton is in another world. One time there was a guy listening to Sammy Hagar play his guitar, once Sammy quit playing the guy was so impressed he said to Sammy, “Sammy, that was awesome, Eddie can’t play that tune as good as you just did”, Sammy turned and said, “not only can Eddie play that tune as good as I can, he can play it in 6 different languages!”. Eddie was that good. As far as I’m concerned Cliffeton is the Eddie VanHalen of the decorating/design world. Never met anyone with such vision, yet not objectionable to other opinions in fact listened and made a couple changes based on our workers suggestions, so she is also a listener. Total class act, consider hiring Cliffeton for your real estate or home renovation/remodeling projects. You won’t be disappointed!”

Since then we have had him do several additional jobs including a back patio. We have always been more then thrilled with everything he has done for us.
