“Previously, I had worked with another highly recommended and awarded local construction company, but due to schedule conflicts, they were unable to take on this project. At that point they recommended Kenorah to me. The owner came over in person and explained to me their process and concept behind the business. I was immediately convinced they were the right team to work with. I had a very good idea of what I wanted to achieve, but was not sure how to achieve it. They made every step of the journey very easy and stress free, allowing me as much involvement as I felt comfortable with. They accommodated all of my requests and if it was impractical, we worked to find a solution was was suitable. The core team of crew were of the highest calibre of talent and the subcontractors and supporting companies/dealers Kenorah works with are just as qualified. At no point did I ever feel any of the work being done was rushed or compromised to save time or money. “Archie of Kardian Costruction and the team who were on our renovation project were amazing! These guys were above and beyond; courteous and gentlemanly. Archie Kobes was the head contractor. Harry Lowen did the bulk of the construction and finishing. Our reno or house rebuild was a big project which involved removal of a wall to provide the open concept kitchen/living area we were wanting plus the upstairs of a large open master suite and bath, walk-in closet, 2 more bedrooms and another bathroom. This project had several surprises that presented with unwelcome challenges. These guys are thinkers with 'can do' attitudes. We lived in our home all through the renovation! These guys were so easy to have around our home and because they were so tidy and considerate, the stress level during the construction phase was very bearable. We can hardly believe this is the same home. It was pretty decent prior to the reno but now it is drop-dead gorgeous! I would like to include some stunning photos but I did not see a way to attach them in the review I sent in on this company so this is a duplicate. Review. “Mark Rostad (Bear Creek Special Projects) has done various projects in the past for us so when it came time to design and create a large covered deck, he was our logical choice. Mark's ability turned our requests into an exciting addition to our home. His experience with the use of exposed and engineered beams provided a functional yet dramatic new space. Mark was mindful of the budget and kept us informed all during the building process. He has a good working relationship with other building trades such as electricians, plumbers, roofers etc. who were all involved in this project. Each step of construction came with certain challenges, for example a low pitched roof, new wiring with an electrical panel, engineered beams and custom windows and 10 ft. sliding doors. Mark handled each issue with confidence. We are very pleased with his work and our guests often comment enthusiastically about the result.”
