“Assembly's team is nothing short of amazing. Super on top of it, great communicators, and talented in both the design and build aspects. It was really nice having one team manage both the design and build of our house-- less back and forth, more cost efficiency, and we could not be more thrilled with the results. It really was a smooth process from start to finish. We appreciated all of the transparency around cost, and the realistic guidance they gave throughout our decision making. It also felt very personal... we got to know their team well in the process, and it felt like they really grew to understand us and what we were going for. I really can't fully convey how enthusiastically and confidently I recommend them to anyone wanting to design and build a home!”

“I am a residential designer who has worked with Osada Construction for several years now. Matt has built two of the homes that I have designed in the Falcon Ridge Development in Asheville, NC. The first house that Matt built was a developer spec which turned out beautifully and won a Parade of Homes award. Matt and his crew do an excellent job building homes and they have extraordinary attention to detail. The second home I designed that Osada built is nearing completion. I just spoke to the homeowners the other day and they are extremely pleased with quality of construction and the ease of the whole process to build their dream home. “Buchanan Const. was a pleasure to work with on building our home. His knowledge of building and materials was excellent. He made specific suggestions during the building process, such as adding a window seat and using the flooring material as the seating area. Buchanan also recommended extra insulation above the garage to help the bonus room for heating. Rick provided detailed invoices that spelled out each work order and changes that were made during the construction process. Since we were out of town for some of the construction, he always sent me photos of what they were doing and stayed in constant contact. His suggestion of landscaping ( adding rock walls ) was appreciated. I would highly recommend Buchanan Construction, and if I build another home, Rick will be the first builder I will call.”

“Project was a major house renovation to include creating an open concept floor plan. Entire house was renovated from the ground up and inside to outside. Demolition and construction went smoothly and in a timely manner. Contractor was very responsive to our ideas and helpful in the design of our project. We are very happy with the end result and glad we went with Ron and Hawk Design Build.”
