We were moving in from a long distance and he was so easy to communicate with prior to and even more importantly, after we purchased the home. He is a man of integrity, honesty and he treats you like you are part of his family. Every timeline was met and even our neighbors have raved about how professional and clean his building site was kept during the build. The home itself is beautiful and the attention to detail can be seen at every turn, not only from a design perspective but from the detail he placed in the actual construction of the home. “From start to finish, Kevin and Tim Maddox were not only great builders but wonderful men to work with. They were professional, always on site and the years of building experience showed in their planning, creative designs and problem solving skills. The project took a little over three months and the results were even more stunning than I had dreamed. This renovation project included a total remodel of the kitchen and laundry room. We also extending the roofline over an existing large back patio, interior and exterior paint, replaced all carpet, extended wood into the kitchen and refinished wood flooring throughout the house. Replacement of all light fixtures, upgrades to closets and master bath. Basically we took a 20 year old house and updated almost everything about it! It was almost sad to see it come to an end because we had so much fun on the project. I highly recommend Maddox Homes for either remodeling or building a home from scratch.”

“We hired Aspenwood Custom Homes to renovate a property which needed to be updated. Mark B., of Aspenwood, provided us with accurate estimates, worked closely with us to be sure the work met our requirements, and was very reliable. We were especially pleased with the results in the kitchen, which was dated and ugly before the renovation. A wall had to be reconfigured in the hallway, all baseboards were replaced, the bathroom was fully renovated, a new hot water heater was installed, and a number of other things were addressed. We were pleased with the results of the work and with our experience with Aspenwood.”

“Don Freeman is a man of his word. This company is very professional and highly respected. The job is done as quoted and no hidden fee. He is on site and his workers are very professional and hard at work. He has the job done on time, if not earlier. I trust don freeman and highly recommend this person. My husband and I bought a house, the other construction company became our nightmare. They mess up our house and abandon us. A friend told us about don freeman. Don came over and told us what needed to be done and we agree, he made the nightmare go away and gave us our house back. He was very nice and became a good friend. He understands the fear about hiring contractors, once you use him, you will never let him go.”
