“Tyler Jones is one of the best General Contractor I have worked with. He and his crew have the knowledge of construction and applicable building codes to complete projects. I am a civil engineer with 35 years of experience in this field and I met Tyler in one of the projects my company designed. He is the most hones, trustworthy, respectful young contractor, with incredible insight of how the construction is progressing, foreseeing any issue well in advance and then coordinating with the engineer to resolve them. “Levitas Modern Homes helped us tremendously in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey flooding our home in August of 2017. Jeremy initially helped us with the demo portion of the project to get started drying out the slab and framing. We were so impressed with his knowledge, suggestions and work processes that we contracted him for the entire remodel project. Working through the many constraints present in the Houston area at that time with regard to qualified sub-contractor and materials shortages he still was able to get our home remodel project completed and had us living back in our home by Christmas of that same year. In addition to getting us put back together, Levitas was able to include several upgrades and changes to our kitchen and bathrooms which reflected a more modern and upscale appearance and no doubt added substantial value to our property. All of this was accomplished within the budget afforded by our homeowners insurance. We cannot thank Jeremy and all the staff at Levitas Modern Homes enough for a superb effort and outcome. We would absolutely recommend them for any remodel or new build projects and will use them again ourselves should the need ever arise! “McKay Vassar performed ab outstanding job in adding to our existing home. It was an additional of considerable space, and the personnel involved were knowledgeable and professional in all contacts. The subcontractors were all excellent, as well. This work was performed in 2015, and we are still happy with it. We were consulted every step of the way, so we were aware of all expenses as we went along. We could not have asked for better communication, service and construction.”
