“Amazing! Nico has so many great design ideas that we hadn’t thought of. He kept us up to date of what was happening with the work all the time. They cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure that we were happy with what was happening. We are so pleased with the extention which was a beautiful kitchen/breakfast room, and the new family bathroom. I can not recommend them enough.”

“Excellent job by Myles and his team, we needed a side extension for our ground floor Victoria flat and we received a prompt site visit, quote and great communication through from Myles. He dealt with issues quickly and shared progress reports with us throughout - a truly forward thinking contractor. He drives a very nice car too so must be doing something right! We will get the Assembld team back to covert our loft once we have the budget next year. Thanks again, 5* from us. Oli and Vanessa”

Having them nearby during our kitchen extension project was invaluable for addressing any sudden concerns that arose during the process. They are as easy to talk to as they are professional. “We used Urban Living for our full renovation. We met with Rafal and immediately connected and as this was our first building project we found this really helpful. We were provided a competitive quote and then followed up several references so we could see his team’s work. Once the build got underway we dealt with Rafal on a daily basis. The whole team were hard working and professional, and this was also recognised by our neighbours who gave positive comments about them. We are happy to recommend them and would use them again in the future.”

“It was such a relief to find builders we could trust. Before and during the build we found them to be reliable, trustworthy, hard working, to listen and take our desires on board, but to also offer suggestions and ideas to make things work better. They were also considerate, friendly people. They left the site tidy each day. They even covered the skip to minimise unwelcome contributions! The job is now complete and we are very happy with the result and with our choice of builders. Things went pretty smoothly and it was always a pleasure to deal with them.”

“Bill and his team were recommended to us by some friends who had work done by the them. We're so pleased that we took their recommendation because from the first time we met Bill, right through the build and onto the completion of the project we have been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and expertise of himself and his staff. We planned to extend our house at the back and to the side (which we have done) but with advice and suggestions from Bill, who was able to guide us during the whole design process, we have managed to gain so much more from the build than we originally anticipated. Bill reconfigured the layout to allow us to also have space for a downstairs toilet/wet room and also a laundry room. He did all of this without compromising on the other key features we wanted to incorporate into our new kitchen/family room and study area. Bill also suggested installing 5 Bi-Fold doors across the back of the house instead of the planned windows and patio doors and the result is amazing. We now have maximum light and a feeling of space all day long as well as an uninterrupted view of the garden. Everything came in on budget and we're confident that no corners were cut to achieve this. I honestly can't recommend Bill and his team highly enough. They are friendly, trustworthy and reliable - exactly what you want when you have strangers working in your home”
