“I would highly recommend Rigsby Group, Inc. They remodeled our kitchen dinette area and did an excellent job. At the start of our project, owner, Tim Rigsby gave us a very detailed outline of projected costs and deadlines. While the project was in progress, we received weekly emails updating us on the work that would be completed along with the specific days and times workers would be at our home. Tim made regular visits to the job site to make sure the work was being completed accurately and on time. Everyone was professional and courteous. Our experience was very positive. The job was completed on schedule and there were no hidden costs or surprises. We love our new kitchen! Joe and Carrie H.”

“I can't say enough good things about Perthel Homes. We have lived in 2 homes built by Perthel Homes. They did a custom build for our 2nd home with them. In addition to getting a home that was extremely well built and a good value for the money, what I liked the most were a few things. They were very transparent on their costs and expenses, and their customer service and responsiveness was outstanding. In order to accommodate our schedule, we had meetings and walkthroughs at all times of the day and night, as well as weekends. When resolving issues, nothing seemed to be a problem. Everything that that came up was dealt with quickly and fairly. My experience with them was just terrific. They made the daunting task of building a custom home a whole lot more manageable. We couldn't be happier.”

“The Weisflog team remodeled our kitchen and thanks to their vision and leadership, transformed our house by making our kitchen and dining room the true heart of our home. Our experience was extremely positive. Steve Sobieski provided excellent communication keeping us informed every step of the way. He worked hard to minimize the amount of time we were without the use of our kitchen & appliances. He and his design team made it easy to bring all the pieces together to create a functional, beautiful kitchen that met our time and budget needs. They earned our trust and admiration. We also appreciated the ability to make selections in their design center under the creative and careful guidance of the designer assigned to our project. We asked Weisflogs to solve a flow problem in our kitchen. They not only solved the problem, they went above and beyond our dreams and created a space that exceeded our expectations. “The folks at UBUILDIT made building my first house such a pleasure. They were respectful of my wishes in the design, we're careful to answer my questions about things that I didn't understand, walked me through the finance process, and in general answered all my questions and concerns quickly and straightforwardly. The subcontractors and providers that they let me to turned out to be to be a wonderful group as well. I left the process feeling very proud of myself in being the contractor for the project, but I could never have done it without the people at UBUILDIT standing by my side. My only regret is that I waited until retirement to build my first house with UBUILDIT.”
