“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

“We enjoyed working with Mark and Enna to remodel and update our master bathroom. Mark was especially helpful during the planning phase when he listened patiently to our endless questions and provided useful information and suggestions that helped us reach decisions about project materials and stylistic choices. After work began, Mark and Enna continued to be very responsive to us regarding scheduling aspects of the work and finalizing decisions about the details. Throughout the process, they stressed that the goal was to create a master bathroom that we would really enjoy, even if that meant occasionally changing our minds about details or adding new work at times. This was our first major renovation project, and we feel that Mark, Enna and their team did a great job guiding us through it and creating a great new room to enhance our home.”

“This is the 2nd time that I've worked with JR and his team and both times they have exceeded my expectations. I had recently purchased a duplex and needed a full remodel of 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms but with a severely tight budget. JR was able to provide me with various design options so that I can stay within budget without compromising style, quality, and overall craftsmanship. During the project, JR was very attentive to the project and ensured not only that we stay within budget but also that we completed in a timely matter. I highly recommend JR and his team.”

“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”

“Allison and her team were patient with me throughout the entire process as we ran into several delays with the HOA and the city to get the renovation moving forward. She's very resourceful, courteous and extremely hard working. She's not afraid to get her hands dirty either! Even when I wasn't too happy with a certain subcontractor, she addressed the situation immediately and professionally. Her team is awesome too! “I hired Mola Builders to remodel my grandparents bathroom based on a referral. It was a complete renovation down to the studs to accommodate her ADA/special needs.. From selecting the Toto Neorest Toilet, custom cabinet, down to the beautiful limestone counter. Every need was meet including the handicap bars beside the toilet and in the beautiful tiled shower. Our need were meet for her, while keeping the design of the bathroom beautiful. We are so thrilled with the outcome. We can't express enough how clean the work site area was during the remodel. HIs crew made sure that when they left each day that it was a safe clean environment. Vince's expertise with his knowledge of the latest products and city codes keep the project moving along very smoothly. The tile work and the cabinetry from his crew exceeded any expectations on quality and design that I could have hoped for. I would certainly use him again for any upcoming project and have already recommended him to neighbors and friends.”

“Spencer was fabulous. He was polite, professional and friendly. He kept me up dated as the project was being worked on. He left his work area neat when he left each day. He completed the job on time and I am amazed at how great my new bathroom looks. I do recommend using him. In fact I am having him do more work for me. Also his price was excellent.”
