“I had an outstanding experience with Great Rooms in the redesign of my kitchen, laundry room and powder room. They even contracted to have my stairs rebuilt in hardwood. Katlyn led the design work. She delivered a design that gave me much more storage and usability for the size of my kitchen. We used the Houzz website and app to share ideas. Because of Katlyn's strong and creative design sense and the Houzz app, everything went smoothly - from picking cabinets, tile, wall colors, granite and fixtures. Many of my decisions were made over e-mail. Katlyn got to know me and sent me pictures of options. She made the design process very easy and enjoyable. Once designed, Great Rooms delivers a project plan that lays out the experience and expectations to the week and day. They have delivered on the plan consistently throughout. Heath led the construction work and kept me informed throughout. He let me know when I should expect key milestones and when I should be out of the house. “Benvenuti and Stein remodeled our kitchen, raised the ceiling in our dining room, and refinished our hardwood floors. Their entire staff is extremely professional, polite, honest, prompt and clean. One of their design professionals, Kris, was assigned to us for the duration of the 3 month project. Weekly meetings took place so that we were always on the same page as to where the project was in terms of completion and whether any issues needed to be resolved. Any issues that did arise were resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Kris spent many hours with us visiting various suppliers (granite countertops, kitchen and door hardware, appliances). Her advice was very helpful. The level of craftsmanship shown by their carpenters (custom-designed and built cabinetry and onsite carpentry for crown-molding, etc.) is amazing. The project was completed on time and we could not be happier with the outcome. We now have a kitchen, dining room, and hardwood floors that we are extremely proud of. The result is absolutely gorgeous. We recommend Benvenuti and Stein in the highest possible terms. They are simply terrific. We look forward to using them again when it comes time to remodel our basement!”

“I want to sincerely thank Harpe Development for our beautiful home. With 4 children now, we really out grew our previous house and it was time for an upgrade. And WHAT an upgrade it is! Building a house is not the easiest thing to do especially when you re not handy or design savvy. But Dustin, Cory, John & Jason really made the process an easy one. I can t imagine if I didn t have Cory & John to help me pick all the things that make a house beautiful and a good fit for my family. Any request I had was always granted, but not before we discussed our options and pricing first. That s what I loved the most. There were no hidden costs, or attempts to push upgrades in places where we didn t want or need them. Harpe was always very straight forward with all so there weren t any surprises. Any time an issue occurred a solution was provided . This surprised me as well...given we were building a pretty large house. Honestly for all the things that went right when building with Harpe, they exceeded our expectations. A special shout out to Jason for this! He always had a handle on everything on-site, working with contractors and fielding my phone calls/emails daily with questions or changes. His response time was always quick and courteous! Everyone told us building a house was awful, too much work and not worth the time. Apparently those people didn t build with Harpe. I m sure glad we didn t listen. “I've worked with ABL over the last 5 years on a number of projects in 3 homes, and I have referred them without reservation to family and friends, both of whom proceeded and hired ABL to complete the work in their homes. They are courteous, professional and complete in their approach to a project. Prompt to arrive, they leave a clean home behind, and come in on budget. Specific projects I've hired them for include: kitchen remodel (install can lights, build pantry, install dishwasher, reface cabinets and paint existing boxes in place, paint wrought iron fence, remove/install replacement windows, investigate a possible leak/spot treat mold/rebuild soffit/reinstall cabinets.”

“The Engerman crew were professional and helpful from the design development all the way through to the completion details of my project. The owner was friendly and very attentive to our needs and budget. Overall- I would say that we got much more value for our money then we ever expected! The project manager was great and helped me understand the process of my build/renovation and had amazing communication by keeping me in the loop on timelines and progress milestones. I am not in the construction field so therefore I don't know the right questions to ask or what is standard practice. I was grateful to be treated with respect, as they educated me and involved me in the process. As the build was underway their onsite guys where courteous and always made sure to wave and say good morning, the office manager was welcoming and very helpful, and the owners wife even stopped out to help me pick out paint colors and tiles! As they finished the build, the project manager made sure to use quality materials such as solid core doors, poplar trim, high end fixtures, and custom cabinets. Engermans crew definitely cared, and paid attention to details that ultimately make the house shine. The end result was a beautiful home that my family loves! I would hire this builder again, and again. Thanks for all the hard work!!”

“Aspen Homes recently remodeled our kitchen. The end result is beautiful - better than we had imagined! I can't say enough about how easy they made the process. We gutted the kitchen, removed a load bearing wall that separated the kitchen from the dinning room - buried the header in the ceiling so it does not look like a remodel. We converted part of the dining room into a mud room with ample storage. We had to have windows removed and a new size added so we had to try and match the siding outside. We have wood floors inside that also had to be matched. There were so many little details i hadn't considered. Now, the amazing part... it was done in 4 weeks! Aspen did an incredible job of scheduling and lining up all of the contractors to complete this project. Everyone was great to work with, pleasant and they cleaned the worksite thoroughly every night. I can't say enough good things! Fantastic job Aspen Homes.”

“I can't say enough good things about Perthel Homes. We have lived in 2 homes built by Perthel Homes. They did a custom build for our 2nd home with them. In addition to getting a home that was extremely well built and a good value for the money, what I liked the most were a few things. They were very transparent on their costs and expenses, and their customer service and responsiveness was outstanding. In order to accommodate our schedule, we had meetings and walkthroughs at all times of the day and night, as well as weekends. When resolving issues, nothing seemed to be a problem. Everything that that came up was dealt with quickly and fairly. My experience with them was just terrific. They made the daunting task of building a custom home a whole lot more manageable.
