“I highly recommend VMax, LLC for any construction project; whether it is building a home or doing a remodeling project. They are very knowledgeable of the construction business. They have good ideas but are very willing to listen to your thoughts. They are dependable; and meet their deadlines. You can rely on receiving an honest estimate. Their cost are reasonable; budgets are met and if there are changes they will discuss with you first - nothing is unknown. Their sub-contractors are professional and respectful. They have completed several remodeling jobs in my home. My kitchen and den were remodeled to open up an area that was previously part of my parents apartment. Part of the remodel included creating a home office for my business. They have also remodeled a bathroom in my home.”

“I have used Cobblestone Development Group and Josh Romano for 3 different projects. 2 were whole home renovations... Soup to nuts... Systems, baths, kitchen, windows. I cannot speak highly enough about Josh Romano and his company Cobblestone Dev Group. The work came in on budget and the process was a pain free as renovation can be! Josh's eye for DESIGN and FUNCTIONALITY is so helpful. He has a wonderful sense about what the final product will look and feel like. Having someone with an artist sensibility be able to DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT the project as well as help with the overall aesthetic and all those decisions was HUGE. I can't recommend Josh Romano and Cobblestone Development Group highly enough. You will not be disappointed.”

“We searched high & low in RVA for a local craftsman who could bring our vision of a porch swing alive. After several non-returned calls to prospective fabricators - we searched Houzz & found Thomas Trades. Reviewing their online portfolio gave us a vibe that they could handle a variety of fabrication & carpentry we were seeking. After a month+ long contact, interview & design consultation period, we were delighted that TTLLC could provide us an idea that is partial to our modern taste while still extending our home's wood/metal characteristics out onto the porch. Both John - artisan & his partner, Rain - design coordinator - provided design guidance & patience as they led us from what we thought we wanted to what we actually wanted. The proof are in the attached photos. We couldn't be more delighted in the outcome. Simple. Elegant. All ours. We are truly 21st century discoverers who love technology.
