Your recommendation to use Hardie shingles and Azek trim was very sound indeed. The materials proved to be beautiful as well as of the highest construction quality and beautiful appearance. You were also always so very responsive to our questions, so efficient and reliable in the scheduling of the work, and so attentive to the management of the work even in its smallest details. Your workers... especially their leader George... proved to be impressively skilled. I talked to a couple contractors and they were supposed to give me a price and blueprint on building me a new home, but months went by and I heard nothing. I'm so glad I was able to hire John and the Gambrick team. I had an idea of the house I wanted and with their plans we got just as close as we could get. They always kept me informed on everything that was going on, from the drawing of the plans to the actual building of our new home. “I bought a new house from Rica Builders and the design, quality and attention to detail of their work is beautiful. I have recieved compliments from every guest we have had here and even a few unsolicited offers the home is that nice! Our kitchen cabinetry and stone fireplace and mantel are stunning and the master bath is 5 star luxury. I also think it is important to note that throughout the home buying and project completion phases of the process they were extremely professional and demonstrated a high degree of commitment, accountability and trustworthiness - very rare these days. “I had my front porch/steps and side steps (including railings) completely redone from wood to trex (composite). The job was performed in a timely manner (in fact quicker than expected) and I am very happy with the final outcome. It’s clear that Steve (the installer) is extremely experienced and even advised of modifications to what was existing to make it even more beautiful. I would gladly hire them (Kanstrukt Group) again when I'm ready to add on an addition or customize/remodel my home.”
