“II had Mansouri Design LLC completely gut and remodel a home I bought in December 2020. This was right during the pandemic and when quality contractors were slim and few. Because of this, some things initially did not go well, Selim is a very solid individual. He was unwilling to accept poor performance from the contractors, and he had them redo anything that we did not deem as acceptable. We did not pay for any rework either. His staff has always been very friendly and quick to address any issues. Although our work together has been completed, for months, some of my appliances and a chandelier are not delivered. When I called Famous Tate's, they said not to worry because they still get a weekly call from Mansouri checking on my appliances. This is a quality company with a very skilled staff. I would recommend them highly to perform professional work at a reasonable price.”

“Alvarez Homes was engaged to build our luxury new 4,400 sq ft property and what a wonderful job they did. Absolutely outstanding. A real quality finish and a fantastic company to deal with. Even when the property was completed, when hit by lightning, they moved quickly to complete extensive repairs and again did so in a wonderful and fantastic way. Highly recommended.”

“They renovated our kitchen, and transformed it from tremendously outdated into a beautiful Midcentury Modern galley kitchen. We used white shaker upper cabinets and really dark base cabinets with a classic white quartz counter top. Its very simple and beautiful. The project was well within budget and the delivery was on time, despite the several changes WE introduced! I absolutely recommend them!”

“We could not have been more delighted with the renovation done in our home by Jacobsen Custom Builders. Their attention to detail at every stage of the job was matched by their ability to see how each detail fit into the project as a whole. JCB was offered a complex project of incorporating an additional ½ bath as well as reconfiguring entry and exits to a master suite and building a master closet within the perimeters of a historical home. They offered excellent suggestions and ideas that we had not considered. Brett was a warm and welcome fixture on site and treated every step of the work on our house as if it were his own. The trades people were outstanding and Brett coordinated their work beautifully. We are grateful for their expertise as well as their good will. Phone calls and emails were responded to promptly and we definitely got the feeling that JCB cared about this project and our satisfaction.”

“Voss Builders gets my highest recommendation! We had an old deck with a pergola that was in much need of an update. Voss Builders was one of three companies I interviewed and I hired them based on my interview with Pete Voss. Pete put together an excellent crew, worked with my wishes for a new deck area with a roof over it, and was totally considerate of my inputs. Pete was hands-on throughout the process and put together an excellent design. He and his crew were on time on a daily basis and on time with the project. I liked what he was doing so much that I added a re-do of my front porch deck and railings. I now have a beautiful covered deck in the back that we use every single day. It blends in with the house perfectly and in fact looks like it always belonged there. I really appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism of Voss Builders. I would not hesitate to hire them again for my next major project.”
