I normally send my team of guys up there when work or repairs are needed but this time I couldn't because of poor timing. I spoke to a handful of contractors over the phone. When I spoke to Chris from Develop X Properties, he reached my comfort level in the first minute of our convo. He assured me the work would be done within my budget and in a timely fashion. The most important part is that he kept me updated throughout the whole process. Chris was very responsive and very transparent. They did a fabulous job on both of my properties. “We cannot imagine that any group could have done better in renovating our 1862-built home than Gary Streck CRM, Inc. They oversaw a top-to-bottom refitting of a home that was poorly lit, had knob-and-tube wiring, lacked central air conditioning, and had the original Victorian woodwork (which while beautiful showed the ravages of time). They had access to skilled artisans who brought care and imagination to the thousands of puzzles posed by making a house modern but preserving period detail. Bathrooms were remodeled, a state-of-the-art home theater was created, and a whole floor was reconstructed. Gary Streck CRM kept them on the job, on deadline, and within budget. Always professional and always setting the highest standards for any of the jobs performed. Thanks to them, we know that we live in an historic home but remain warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and well lit. The "Old World" level of craftmanship is evident in every room. It was quite an accomplishment for Gary Streck CRM and worthy of the Golden Prism Award for Best Historic Renovation in 2013.”

“Linda was the designer and project manager for the cupola renovation of our Eastlake Stick Victorian house. (http://www.houzz.com/projects/152835). The design exceeded our expectations and we were very pleased with her management of the project. Linda was very receptive to our desires and quickly responsive to any requests and concerns. Where renovations can become quite stressful, Linda created trust and gave us peace of mind. We very much enjoyed working with her and the talent she brought to the project. The cupola is unique and has become the favorite space in our home.”

“I have partnered with Leader Builders, and Pete, on many projects and I love how they always work to fulfill their client's dreams even on the tightest of budgets. I think their worldly make-up serves them well in finding interesting ways to incorporate new room concepts and material selections to achieve very fresh and modern looks. Of course they are even more inspiring on projects were the budget is expanded. “I hired Buildstrong Properties to renovate my one bedroom apartment.. They not only sent qualified workers who did excellent work but also provided design advice that maximized the space, appearance and functionality of the apartment while saving money. For example, Chris suggested putting built- in cabinets and shelves in the living room and bedroom.. These take up less room than dressers or bookshelves so the space looks larger while providing twice as much storage. The design of the cabinets contributes to the overall contemporary look. The renovation was completed on time and within budget. I highly recommend Buildstrong Properties and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”
