“We can't say enough about Michael Sauri and his crew at TriVistaUSA. Our remodel was rather extensive, adding to and changing over 75% of our house. TriVistaUSA reworked our kitchen and sunroom into a massive greatroom/kitchen, moved the deck, turned our old deck into my office, and added a master suite downstairs among other things. We had begun the construction with a different contractor who turned out to be a crook. He abandoned our project in massive disarray, no roof, walls open to the elements and a heap of trash filling the back yard. Michael came in and put us back together. Not only did TriVistaUSA complete our dream home on schedule and on budget, but they did this after having to clean up, assess and repair the mess left behind by the prior contractor. Through all of that, one of my favorite things about TriVistaUSA was how willing they were not just to offer suggestions for design and construction, but to listen to our ideas - to find out who we were and what we wanted in a home. “Custom Home Elements did a great, great job in remodeling my Bathrooms and Front Wheelchair Ram as well as building a Ramp in the rear of my home to accommodate my new Wheelchair Lift. Vic the boss did an excellent job with his drawing and watchful eyes an the entire job. I can't say enough for the crews working for Custom Home Elements as the were tireless and professional through the entire job. Although there were days when the weather did not cooperate, the crews still did what they could inside my home when they could not work outside. “My husband and I had debated for several months if we should move to a larger space, or renovate our current home for our expanding family. I had brought this up with Rick Byrd, the owner of Byrd Design and Build (BDB), and he immediately came to our house to talk with us through all of our options. He walked through our house and really gave us some amazing plans to make the space we already had more usable and more modern and up to date. This was the perfect option for us, considering we were expecting our first child. He laid out all of the different renovation plans we could have and really helped us envision a space catered to our wants and needs. My husband works from home, so we thought it was going to be a difficult journey to do an almost complete gut job of our basement and first floor kitchen/bedroom/bath, but BDB did an amazing job accommodating him and being cautious of the space we weren’t renovating. During the construction process, all of the subcontractors of BDB were extremely nice, non-invasive and very courteous of everything in the house. Darren, the project manager, was always attentive and mindful of our timeline, which was shortened due to the arrival of our new baby. We have the perfect new nursery, brand new kitchen and bathroom, and an entirely finished basement all just in time for our son. Everything was completed in a timely fashion and in pristine condition. We are obsessed with our basically “new” house!”
