“Sam Fleetwood undertook to modernize and improve a 1970's wooden holiday home and also to create a fully equipped sleepout from a plain old shed. He had a clear understanding of what was required but was also able to suggest some very good, practical improvements. Bathrooms were added, layouts including stairs were altered, decks improved and the interior painted and exterior stained. Sam organized all the planning permissions and saw the project through very thoroughly. The result is a great success.”

If we needed any more work we would call him immediately, He kept us up to date, always on time, and the job was finished well within the time frame he quoted. Their workmanship is impeccable and they are constantly reviewing the build with me to ensure the project stays on budget and on time. The project management is also excellent - subcontractors arrive on schedule ensuring time is not wasted. The building site is also immaculate and I already feel so proud of my new house”
