“Daniel J. Olson Construction remodeled our sunroom. They removed three large skylights, restructured the roof, insulated the sunroom, and reconstructed the inside. I found Daniel and his team to be very easy to work with, honest, and provided accurate estimates. The workers were wonderful and clean. They acted like they were guests in our home and always made sure they did not inconvenience us with the noise level. I am very happy with the work that was done and would definitely recommend Daniel.”

“Working with Melissa was delightful. She worked very hard to ensure that my master bathroom design and remodel were just what I wanted. Melissa and Gina took care of everything from start to finish. Melissa and Gina were responsive, pleasant and professional. When, after a year, I had an issue with some tile grout, they sent someone out right away to correct it at no charge. I would recommend them to a friend.”

“Dear Mark, I wanted to let you know that we recently received our certificate of occupancy from Kootenai County for our house addition. This milestone was in no small part to your efforts throughout the process. I really appreciated your different alternative layout ideas for our addition. We thoroughly vetted our final concept which made moving forward much easier, knowing we did not have to look backwards wishing we had done something different. With that concept alternative selected, you prepared very clear and easy to read plans that facilitated a short review from the county. Finally, thank you for your patience during the design process. There were a small number of unforeseen circumstances that required a very short response time and extreme patience with our material supplier.
