They were great to work with and helped to make our home even better with their knowledge of building custom homes. “I was in contact with Steve over several years as I planned and thought about the project. Steve never rushed the sale and just said whenever I was ready. He and I worked together on the design and he suggested some key items that added alot of value. He came in on budget and on time. His craftmen (carpenters, concrete, & mason's) were very professional and immediately corrected any issues that I came accross. We very much enjoy our outdoor kitchen and covered patio and I have no reguests.”

“We did an expansion to our current house. We needed a game room for the kids, a den for the adults, two more bedrooms and a bathroom. Also a mud room, laundry room, some fixing in the existing house and redo the garage. We hired Sneller Custom Homes and Remodeling for the job. All these jobs were done while we were living in our current house. They are very professional, they helped us with the design, and ideas to better put in black and white what we wanted to do. Also, they worked with us to get things done inside the current living space to better accommodate our needs. The communication with Matt Sneller was great, if something was not as expected he took care of the situation. Great communication skills, and very professional in what he does. We highly recommend this company. Regards”

“After the Hurricane Harvey rebuild of our home, there were two cabinet doors that were damaged by our builder (not Framestead). The builder replaced with unfinished doors but told us to find our own contractor to do the staining. The local Sherwin Williams store recommended Framestead and their "stain expert", Jose. They did a great job matching the existing stain! I was concerned that contractors might not be interested in such a small job, but Framestead completed the work less than one week after my first contact with them.”

“We used this builder to construct our home consisting of 7125 square feet in Spring, Texas and found this builder to provide us with highest quality work and completed the construction of the home on time and in a good and workmanlike manner. Their work was superior and the quality of the materials were excellent. They were always on the construction site and they were great in permitting us to make changes as the construction proceeded and never had a problem with doing extra work. The home is beautiful and we found working with this builder was great. We would hire this builder again to build us another home.”

“Jason did a great job on upgrades to our home. There was never a "no" or issues with resolving outstanding items. Everything was custom so we had no idea what the final result would look like. Jason was wonderful about explaining expectations and modifying final results when something did not meet our expectations. My schedule is extremely busy and we did not have time to babysit the project. Jason stayed on top of the details, kept us informed and never seemed frazzled with our endless requests and change orders. I highly recommend them for any project you may have. We look forward to our outdoor kitchen project that I know we will be doing soon!!”

I can tell you that they do not cut corners and ask me how they can do a job for cheaper, but rather they ask what they can do to make a job better. This is uncommon in many contractors I work with these days. Morningstar works with you from the beginning to the end. They do not just sell the job, but they help to build it and design it.
