From Scott's gift with design to Tyler's natural talent with color and everything that looks great, we were more than pleased. All permits and inspections were done by them which made for a smooth process. The father and son team took a great interest in the project from the start as was evident in deciding the perfect placement of the building. Their attention to detail, use of the best sub contractors and materials made for a great experience! I was particularly impressed with how efficient Tyler was in returning calls, always there to answer a question and help make decisions on everything! “We chose Sunspace Design over other companies because we wanted a custom sunroom- not a one-size-fits-all outfit that assembles pre-made components. They carefully listened to our wishes, and designed just what we asked for! They custom-build an 18' x 14' Glass Conservatory attached to our home. They also made helpful suggestions to give us a unique room, complete with varnished mahogany ceiling beams and an all-glass roof. Their workmen are professionals with many years of experience- not easy to find these days when anybody with a hammer can call themselves a carpenter. They strategically used cedar in places to assure no rotting wood in the decades to come. When we asked for changes along the way, they had the experience to know how to accomplish it. We also interviewed other sunroom companies, but they could only offer pre-fab units in limited sizes... basically, they were "assemblers" for large franchises- exactly what we didn't want. Sunspace Design builds custom rooms- based on what you want, how you want it, and something that doesn't look like it came from one of the 'Box Stores'. “: Ryan Norman and Norman Builders were outstanding from start to finish. We come in contact with numerous builders, remodelers, and building professionals on a daily basis and can say without hesitation, Ryan and Norman Builders are in the top 1%. They initially provided a quote that included busting through into the existing master bedroom closet and adding that space to the bathroom and then rebuilding a closet in the master bedroom. Ryan helped us realize that there still wouldn’t be enough space to do what we wanted to, so we asked for a scaled back quote, which we promptly received. Ryan patiently responded to every inquiry and was right on top of things in terms of response time. We asked about the possibility of remodeling a second bathroom at the same time and Ryan was honest, to his detriment, in his response. Every aspect of the project that was within Ryan’s control was handled superbly. The workers picked up after themselves, laid new plastic sheeting to protect the existing carpet daily when called for, and showed up and completed work as scheduled. We ran into an issue with a vendor we had chosen and asked Ryan to handle resolution for us. He did so with professionalism and effectiveness. Everything in Ryan’s control was completed on schedule and without cost overruns. We will definitely call Ryan when we are ready for our next project.”

From the rough construction to the detailed finish work, we found the MCB craftsmen to be highly skilled and able to handle the complex design work flawlessly. Their talent is evident in the details of both the exterior and interior, showcasing expansive cathedral ceilings with inverted recesses. A hand-constructed staircase, built in cabinetry, window seats and mantles, all were fabricated with care & precision. Jeff Jones supervised the construction, coordinating the various craftsmen and kept within the planned timeline.
