I wouldn’t say the process has been easy but going through the process with Harry who has stuck by our side throughout the difficult ups and downs has made it all the more worth it. The constant nagging from us, the constant out of hours calls to him and his approach to it all has been the same (outstanding) throughout. “great team. highly experienced in icf, concrete and steel. very adaptable and listen. i wish i had engaged pbs from the start and not depend on an architect for building advice. so , i suggest contact them first and then engage an architect. also, important to choose a structural engineer who knows about ICF”

Jamie had some great ideas for the build and dealt with everything from start to finish. Communication was great & the build was completed on time.
