“I had a kitchen remodel done last year, and I would unequivocally highly recommend this company. The workmanship was excellent. The project came in right on time and the costs were reasonable. And the best part of working with this company was having the input of Greg Young. He is an amazing designer as well as a reliable, efficient and professional contractor. He was able to manifest my own vision, and with his input, take it to the next level of beauty and practicality. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!”

“We absolutely love our Mafcohouse. Not only is the building gorgeous it is rock solid and designed to perfection. We are constantly marvelling at the thoughtful dimensions of the rooms, quality of the materials and the life-altering light. And we are not alone in our appreciation. The buzz in our neighbourhood continues even after a few years of residence. The building provokes lots of curiosity and passion to replicate. If we were doing it all again there's no doubt we would choose Mafcohouse. In fact, we're fantasizing about a bunkie to accommodate all our visitors.”

“Santucci Builders is a top tier contractor. They did an amazing job remodeling our entire home. They removed walls and relocated and redesigned our kitchen. We are beyond thrilled with our open concept home and the quality work that Santucci Builders performed. The work was done on time and at the bid provided. They cleaned up after themselves every day!! I would not hesitate recommending them from new construction to remodeling projects big and small.”

“Kenneth Bordewick Interior Designs is Brilliance – Kenneth Bordewick is a top top designer. I contracted Kenneth Bordewick Interior Designs to design my Manhattan Beach beach front home inside as well as outside. He is a pleasure to work with. Kenneth Bordewick's designs are genius. My home is three floors, the top floor is the living room, dinning room, den and kitchen. Second floor is the master suite and home office. The first floor is quest suite, laundry room and garage. The remarkable thing about Kenneth Bordewick is his BRILLIANCE. He was able to take my teardown and through his metamorphosis it became a beautiful butterfly. Kenneth Bordewick was under budget and completed the job early. The quality of furnishings is of the very highest standard. During his time on my project he was servicing several other clients such as Mariah Carey, Paul Mc Cartney and the Jonas Brother. How he found time for me I will never know. Lisa was able to supply us design concepts that worked perfect for the project. Once we finalized the design Lisa supplied detailed drawings and 3D renderings of the finished project.The finished job exceeds our wildest dreams and most of all it went very smoothly.”
