“Dean and Kathie are amazing to work along side. They both have given more than we expected in terms of guidance, and exceeded what would be a normal amount of patience with us and our build. Our home, we could not be happier with, and will highly recommend Signature Properties to anyone wanting to build a custom home. Their attention to detail and over-the-top attentiveness to us and the project is incredible. l hear horror stories on a regular basis about builders and contractors throughout Oklahoma, and how working with some can be a real nightmare. “Dana built our custom home, from working on the design with us and the the architect (W Design - very good) for 3 months through final construction. Dana is a professional and excels at designing interior spaces, ongoing communication, and working to get things right. My deciding factor with choosing her was #1 I felt I could trust her most to shoot me straight (and just trust overall), and 2) her talent and eye for design. She delivered on both of those. She also went out of her way to make things right when things went sideways with a contractor. I would leave five stars, but there were a couple of critical missteps that I think were mostly driven by 1) a lack of field tested contractors (some were, some were not) and 2) rushing at the end to finish for the Parade of Homes. With that said, I believe Dana builds beautiful homes, is trustworthy, and is a joy to get to know and work with. And we love our home.”

“Worked very well with William mostly via email on a perfect set of house plans for a home we thought we would be living in for a short time, 5 year plan sort of thing... It turned out so incredibly beautiful! I receive compliments daily on the design. It may become our last house - we love it that much! But if we ever decide to build again, William Bell will most definitely be who designs our home. He was very professional and thorough and HE LISTENED TO ME! There are mostly men in the home building process and they don't always want to listen to the "wife" ... Like we don't make the all of decisions. Thank you, William Bell!!!”

“Aaron Roger's creativity, attention to detail and responsiveness are exceptional. We began working with Aaron six months ago. We engaged him to design and build a larger master bedroom, utility room and dining space, along with a large outdoor living space, pool and landscape plan. Aaron had a seemingly impossible task of creating a design which bridged a very traditional ranch style house with a more modern and functional home. His design exceeded our expectations. Not a day passes without a neighbor or passerby commenting on the beautiful and seamless design. Moreover, when any issues have arisen, his solutions have come immediately cost, allowing the project to stay within budget and on time. His demeanor and lovely personality are an added bonus. “Having used the remodeling services of Renovations by Helms for other projects, there was no question who I would use for the finish work on my new construction house. We did everything from budgets, designing with them, giving them challenges to make my ideas a reality and all in detail. I loved that they cleaned the area every day before leaving even though the home was not occupied. I could trust them. The finishings were quality products and well executed. Everything was in good taste. I was consulted as we progressed to be sure my home had the 'personality' to make me comfortable. RBH is the only company I know that checked back with me months later to be sure everything was fine. They will stand behind their work. The follow-up on quality work shows how much they want my job completed correctly. There are no substitutions for quality and trust.”
