“Kamp built a 2000sf in-law addition onto an existing 3600sf home. They perform much of the work with their own people and manage subs for contracted work. The project came out as good as we had hoped it would. Paul (owner) and Mark (onsite manager) make an excellent team. They listened to our requirements, made helpful suggestions and followed through to assure a quality product. The only thing I would fault them on was scheduling. The project took 6-7 weeks longer than expected. Some of that delay was caused because leads times on some items (cabinets, granite, etc.) were longer than expected and, had we known, we could have made our selections earlier in the process. (We were novices to construction projects and could have benefited from regular schedule reviews.) Overall, it has been a very positive experience and we would certainly recommend KAMP to anyone considering a build or remodel.”

“My husband and I purchased a fully restored, 1911 Sears & Roebuck catalog home, The Ivanhoe, from the Petrini Corporation. The original details of the home, leaded glass windows, woodwork, wood flooring, built-in china cabinet, and living room fireplace were historically preserved. New construction provided the modern amenities our family was looking for in a home. A gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace family room, luxurious master bedroom suite, and in-law suite in lower level. The company's attention to detail and years of experience, resulted in a seamless blend of new and old within the home. “Marcelo and his team did an exceptional job in our home. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the work done. He gave us excellent advice on how to go about the changes made to the house. Throughout the remodeling process, he dealt with electrical, plumbing, framing, siding, HVAC and a few other things. We opened up our entire first floor, remodeled our kitchen, got new floors, remodeled our master bedroom and bathroom just to mention a few things done. It was a big job! and delivered on time. There is no sugar coating he will tell you like it is and not try to up sell you on more. As soon as we made a decision, he was on it, making things happen. He is very responsive and dedicated to the job. He will answer all your questions honestly taking the time explain the process in a professional and courteous manner. The job was done within the price range expected and at a fair price. We had a great experience from begging to end. I wouldn’t hesitate on using them again.
