“From the beginning, Wiltrack Construction committed that we would know line item by line item exactly what is involved in the process so that there are no surprises. It is something that we have found to be very rare. There is nothing that came up such as, “We didn’t foresee this and we have to deal with this now”. There was a significant amount of planning done before hand by Wiltrack Construction. And in the end instead of finishing on time, we finished almost a month earlier than planned, which was a great surprise. The reasons to hire Wiltrack Construction is the details.
