He will always see that every job is completed to your satisfaction and will not rest until you are completly happy. My experience with John was during the construction of my luxury home. When not on site he was only a phone call away and his responses were always timely. His management of the sub-contractors was exemplary. There was never any down time and the construction never deviated from schedule. If a problem arose it was always taken care of immediately and to my satisfaction.
