“Greg and his crew added a 16X16 screened deck to our home. The deck had to be designed so as to not limit sight of the back yard or light in the house. It has several electrical outlets, a light and fan, 2 outside entry doors and stairways. It has cedar planks and columns and looks more like a mountain lodge than a simple screened-in porch. We, along with our friends and nieghbors, believe it is beautiful. Greg and his crew were wonderful to work with, especially if we decided on a change at the last minute. Prices were very fair. Everything was kept clean and orderly. I highly recommend this company.”

“A great company. Their bids might be slightly higher than other contractors, BUT as we know in life you get what you pay for. I would classify R&R as the high end builder/renovator of our area. No job is too hard or out of their skill level. Very skilled carpenters.”

“Trey Robinson, Prime Construction, added a 700 sq ft addition to our existing 28 year old 2 story home. He added a master bedroom on the main level, a 6 fixture bathroom and a walk in closet over a full unfinished basement. The constitution included demolition of a side porch, repairs to the living and dining where the addition joined, and extensive grading and tree removal. The construction only took 4 months to complete and living in our existing home was not disruptive. All the subcontractors he used were professional, competent and respectful of us and our home. We are more than pleased with the process and the results, and it has made our home much more livable.”

He did an extensive walkthrough and gave me an accurate quote. Gary's exceptional communication, transparency, and commitment to detail calmed my concerns (and my wife’s). His professionalism extended to staying within budget without compromising quality. He transformed it into an unrecognizably new space --- a beautiful, comfortable home. “Daniel Lichty was prompt his men were always on time very courteous and friendly. He was willing to listen to what I wanted and design it and build it on the spot. For instance I wanted a cabinet built for my bathroom to go between the sinks even though I had a mirror across the entire wall in front of the sinks. He built the cabinet and framed the mirror it looks like it was always there. I love it. He met the deadline and stayed on budget. I'm going to hire him next to redo my kitchen. I can't wait.”
