“We hired Gordon Reese construction for our Kitchen remodel after a lengthy interview process with a number of construction companies. We were impressed with Gordon and his team, their understanding of what we wanted to do as well as clearly outlining the scope of the work based on our budget. We worked with Gordon over a few weeks finalizing the scope of work and contracts and he was very responsive to my many calls, questions and clarifications. We set a start date for the project and on that date he and the project manager arrived with the crew to do a walkthrough of the project and contract to make sure we were all on the same page as we started the remodel. Over the course of the project I met often with our project manager and our lead remodeling professional to check on status, issues and solutions as we progressed with the remodel. Gordon and his team have great relationships with a number of suppliers in the local area that are Green in their building processes and my favorite was our Cabinet company (Precision Cabinet and Trim of Brentwood). Gordon was able to arrange a personal visit and tour of the cabinet companies factory and for me to meet with their local rep to review our final cabinet choices, color and options. It was a great experience and one that made the cabinet selection a breeze for this remodel. I can say that Bruce arrived to work every day on time and worked hard to meet the project deadline. He always left the workspace neat and went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed during the project. The kitchen came out beautiful, the workmanship by our lead remodeling professional was incredible. All of our family and friends love the final result and we could not be happier. On side note, during the construction we found a “surprise” that needed to be addressed that was not related to the kitchen remodel and working with our lead remodeling professional, our project manager and Gordon we were able to address this critical fix with ease as they were able to add the scope to our project and have the lead remodeling professional address it while also working on the kitchen. That little side trip was unexpected but working with our lead remodeling professional along with a number of other folks from the Gordon Reese construction team, we were able to address the fix and not impact the overall project timeline. “I was looking for a company to remodel my mom's property in alameda. I heard about this company from a friend and I decided to give it a shot . My mom is 75 years old and not able to communicate so I came to help her. Initially, we wanted to remodel our kitchen but decided to extend our kitchen and dinning room by breaking the wall that divided it. Maor the owner had a lot of layout options to choose from. He is very knowledgeable about design, and offered other possibilities. He also explain the different price between each option . We decided move forward with the build out and started the work on feb 14th. It took him 6 weeks to finish the project. My conclusion: He was almost every day supervise the different crews. Easy to communicate with. He is very pleasant person, he alway find a solution to any request we had. The crew was very professional and pass all inspection the first time . Every day they clean my house and moved their equipment on the side of the house . They didn't work on weekends for our request. He helped us choose all the fixtures from different supplier. Most of the guys speak English and very respectful to both my mom and I. The prices was fair for the quality of the job. The quality of his work is very high and the finish was super. Now we are thinking about doing the 2 bathroom and other area of the house. He will definitely be the contractor I choose . “I received a recommendation for Brad Hannah in January 2020. 60 year plus friends in the construction field (who had moved out of the area) recommended Brad for a roof replacement and interior work on my 63 year old home. They had two words to describe Brad - "Good" and "Honest". Their opinion was seconded by my insurance adjuster. Not Brad's biggest job but he gave me wonderful advice and work. My house looked brand new when he finished. I decided to do some more work on the house earlier this year. Again, not a big job for Brad. Remodeled the mini master bath making the shower twice the size of the old, and new cabinet doors and drawers in the kitchen. Brad subbed the stone work out - quartz shower, vanity top and new quartz kitchen countertop. While the stone guy wasn't the most expensive, his work is outstanding. I LOVE MY NEW HOUSE. It does look brand new and I smile whenever I enter the bath or the kitchen. As I've said - I'm not Brad's biggest or even average spending customer. My jobs were small. BUT, the quality of his work shines through. I think you see how good someone is on the little jobs maybe a little clearer than on some bigger ones. If I spotted anything that I didn't like - Brad was out in a day to remedy it. He's not the fastest or least expensive - he's just the best.”

We are currently remodeling our whole house, and we appreciate their dedication to detail and honest feedback through the process. We are also converting an existing 4-car garage into a comfortable living space for an in-law suite. I highly recommend this company because they are experienced and knowledgable. Furthermore, they are reliable and easy to work with.”

“The company provided online updates for the project, as well as targets for scheduling and completion dates of specific projects. The employees were courteous and professional at all times. At the end of each day our home was clean and it was as if no one had been working all day, there was never a mess left behind. The quality and workmanship was first class. I will use S&J again and highly recommend them.”

“Creation 7 build the master addition on our house. It is generally understood that having major remodeling done on your house, can be a frustrating process. It's noisy, messy, and usually, goes over budget. I can honestly say that almost none of these were true for our experience with Creation 7. The men were so respectful of our space. They cleaned up at the end of the day - no mess was ever left. The construction generally stayed within budget. These guys were a pleasure to be around also. They were funny and nice, but also respectful of our need for privacy. Also our completed addition! It's so gorgeous! Everything is in perfect working order. Their eye for detail and overall craftsmanship is amazing. I really can't say enough how great our en suite master bedroom is. It has transformed our house from an old boring space into our dream house. I highly, highly recommend Creation 7!”

“I can't say many wonderful things about Green California Builders. I wanted to built a new home and had no idea where to start in regards to design and construction permits. I heard about these guys because of my friend. I met EZ (the main project manager) after scheduling the appointment. He guided us through the entire process with ideas, advises and material selection. I liked his vision and we agree on the budget. Few days later the project started. After few months, we now have a wonderful new house. I'm so grateful to choose these guys and I recommended them 100%!!!”
