Our experience with the sales and design team was exceptional. Adam was extremely patient, methodical, professional and committed to providing us with a design solution that met all our requirements. Building a house can be stressful and undoubtedly has challenges and issues that require resolution. Our experience was no different, however, while challenges arose through the process we received an excellent and understanding response to any of our concerns. A slow start to construction was remedied with a completion date occurring several months in advance of the anticipated end date. All trade personnel working on our project were polite, helpful and respectful. Again any issues were resolved readily. Cost variations were minimal and variations were the result of our choices to include significant improvements to the project. I would happily recommend McLachlan Homes for anyone considering building a new home.”

“We had our apartment renovated by Ecobuild in 2 stages. Nathan Chapman is the Director of Ecobuild and he is an extremely organised, fastidious and quality tradesperson. In March 2016 we employed Nathan to Project Manage the renovation. Nathan works very well in communicating with other Tradespeople and is always on time for appointments. This renovation was ripping out all floor coverings except new bathrooms. The old kitchen was removed and replaced with a new design totally. Nathan oversighted this project and also offered his ideas on design. The new manufactured timber floors were then installed and Nathan replaced all skirting boards. FInally the Painters came in and completely painted the Apartment. Nathan was regularly there to check on the quality and progress. We had complete confidence that with Nathan Project Managing we would have a very good outcome and most of all that he sets the timeline of the project and expects that to stay on track. We would certainly be happy to highly recommend Nathan as a quality tradesperson who expects the same from anyone involved in the project. Neil and Wendy Peach”
