“Ellis from Blandford & Co. helped us out when we needed some work done in our crawl space from the previous owner. It was a nasty job removing damaged insulation and rewiring of some electric lines which had become exposed. Ellis was on time, clean, professional, and incredibly well priced. He also explained everything he was doing to make sure we understood and had the opportunity to ask questions. We have not had a single issue since the repair and we feel safer because of his work. He even hung up a laundry line that had fallen for free! I wouldn't hesitate to contact Blandford & Co again for any home work I need done.”

“We hired Eldridge Company in August 2016 to oversee several projects in our "new" 24-year-old home: creating a large (7') arched opening in a kitchen wall, converting a window to a back door, and building a large (20' x 19') covered deck/outdoor living area. Throughout the consultation, design, and building process, Christopher Eldridge displayed exemplary communication, attention to detail, and respect for us and our property. The end results of his company's handiwork were beyond superb and we gained a trusted friend and ally for future design/build reference. We have gladly referred multiple friends to Eldridge Company for their design and build needs and remain forever grateful to have worked with this jewel of a company filled with such caring individuals!”

“My name is Brad Dowell and I own Time to clean, a new construction cleaning company, I've been doing Brian's work for over ten years. I work for over fifty builders and Castlebuilt is in my top five builders in my opinion. He detail and home design is so different than other builders. He seems to have a knack for being right on with his homeowners. Brian is very easy to talk with and takes his time in explaining and going over each step with what he wants in a scope of work. I will say one key item about Brian, he's hands on with his homes. He is always on the job and that's important as a perspective home buyer. “My husband and I worked with Michael O'Dea in 2001 to build our first home in the Forest Springs North subdivision in Louisville, KY. Michael accommodated our requests to make changes in the semi-custom that was already being built at the time of purchase. He has a keen eye for details which impressed us - For example, the color of the vinyl on the back side of the house did not match the color of the trim exactly and he made the crew redo the work. (Honestly, I'm not sure I would have even caught that but knowing that our builder did and made it right before we questioned it, assured us that we found the right builder.)”
