“They renovated our kitchen, and transformed it from tremendously outdated into a beautiful Midcentury Modern galley kitchen. We used white shaker upper cabinets and really dark base cabinets with a classic white quartz counter top. Its very simple and beautiful. The project was well within budget and the delivery was on time, despite the several changes WE introduced! I absolutely recommend them!”

Their attention to detail at every stage of the job was matched by their ability to see how each detail fit into the project as a whole. JCB was offered a complex project of incorporating an additional ½ bath as well as reconfiguring entry and exits to a master suite and building a master closet within the perimeters of a historical home. They offered excellent suggestions and ideas that we had not considered. Brett was a warm and welcome fixture on site and treated every step of the work on our house as if it were his own. “Voss Builders gets my highest recommendation! We had an old deck with a pergola that was in much need of an update. Voss Builders was one of three companies I interviewed and I hired them based on my interview with Pete Voss. Pete put together an excellent crew, worked with my wishes for a new deck area with a roof over it, and was totally considerate of my inputs. Pete was hands-on throughout the process and put together an excellent design. He and his crew were on time on a daily basis and on time with the project. I liked what he was doing so much that I added a re-do of my front porch deck and railings. I now have a beautiful covered deck in the back that we use every single day. It blends in with the house perfectly and in fact looks like it always belonged there. I really appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism of Voss Builders. I would not hesitate to hire them again for my next major project.”

“My experience with LRG General Contracting was a good one. Lou is a perfectionist in his work. With Lou their is only one way to do the job - the right way. He will NOT take shortcuts. As in my case with these older homes in Florida you never know what you are going to find when you start a job and that has to be mentioned up front & taken into consideration along with cost. Lou comes a little pricey but you will get a top notch / expert job when completed. To round it out Lou is professional, quite knowledgeable, and completed job within stated time frame.”
