They helped us with every design element from tile layout to grout color to the wood for the mantel. We used Pewabic tile and they installed it flawlessly. All the work was completed quickly. “We are extremely happy with our Patio, Spa and Fire Pit project done by Brandon, Alex, Jake and the entire Lawn Guru crew. The ideas for our backyard were taken into account and made better than we could have ever imagined. The finished product exceeded our greatest expectations. They were very up front about all costs, and pulled out all the stops to make sure we met our deadline. When pre-existing problems in our lot became evident they brought in appropriate experts to make sure the issue was taken care of. They wanted to make sure it was done right the first time, and that we wouldn't have any issues 10, 20 years down the line. Every detail was thought of and the attention to detail these guys have is amazing. We would highly recommend the Lawn Guru team for any project!”

“This builder is fabulous. They were honest, up front, conscientious, timely, creative, clean and their trades were terrific. This was a top quality job and the builder worked within my budget. They were working on several projects at the same time of mine and while I was by far the smallest job, they always treated me exactly as they did the job that was 10x's my size and budget. The comprehensive years of experience that the team had was invaluable for me. Great company! I only hope to win the lotto so I can have them build me a house from scratch...this time no budget.”

You can see the AV portion of the project as wel as the entire buildout completed by Blue Line. I am client as well. Joe and Blue Line helped us with a gut rehab in Franklin MI. “Hiring Lange Kraus Design + Build was definitely an asset for us for our kitchen renovation. Chris was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to achieve what we wanted on our wish list. He provided us with a detailed budget, item by item, which made it easy to adjust when selecting a few higher-end items. We appreciated that his numbers were accurate and when we received an invoice there were no surprises; he even attached receipts of items he purchased on our behalf. We were impressed that the tradesmen/subcontractors were also very knowledgeable and professional, and arrived on time every day; we never wondered if or when they would show up. Everyone was very easy and pleasant to work with and had a great attitude, even when asked for clarification. We would definitely hire Lange Kraus Design + Build in the future, should the occasion arise. No regrets!”
